1. About these terms<\/h2>\n

These terms govern your use of www.paiyipower.com (the “Site”) and set out the general basis on which we provide information about our products and manufacturing services. Specific commercial terms for any order are agreed separately in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or supply agreement, which take precedence over these general terms.<\/p>\n

2. Use of the Site<\/h2>\n

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to extract content at a volume that affects the service. All content on the Site is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.<\/p>\n

3. Product information, quotations and samples<\/h2>\n

Product information, images and specifications on the Site are indicative and provided for guidance only. Output ratings, dimensions, materials, certification scope, tooling, minimum order quantities, lead times and pricing are confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation. Samples are provided for evaluation and remain subject to the terms agreed for the project.<\/p>\n

4. Orders and specifications<\/h2>\n

Orders are accepted only by our written confirmation. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the specifications, artwork, branding and packaging it supplies, and for confirming that the product is suitable for its intended application and market.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery and lead times<\/h2>\n

Sample and production lead times stated on the Site or in correspondence are indicative. Confirmed lead times are stated in the applicable order confirmation and may depend on specification approval, tooling, certification and component availability.<\/p>\n

6. Certification and compliance<\/h2>\n

The certifications, standards and approvals applicable to a given product and market are confirmed in the order documents. We do not claim any certification, approval or affiliation that we do not hold. Where certification is required for a project, the scope, responsibility and timing are agreed in writing before production.<\/p>\n

7. Intellectual property and tooling<\/h2>\n

All content on the Site remains our property or that of its licensors. Customer-supplied drawings, artwork and trademarks remain the property of the customer. Ownership and use of project-specific tooling is set out in the applicable agreement.<\/p>\n

8. Warranty<\/h2>\n

Warranty terms, including period and scope, are stated in the applicable supply agreement or order confirmation. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification, or use outside the published electrical and environmental ratings.<\/p>\n

9. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from use of the Site or from reliance on indicative information published on it.<\/p>\n

10. Governing law<\/h2>\n

These general terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction agreed in the applicable supply agreement.<\/p>\n
